HALIFAX – (December 9, 2014) – Two of Nova Scotia’s tireless leaders have recently been honoured with prestigious recognitions in their respective industries.
WHO: Ms. Faten Alshazly, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer at WeUsThem and Dr. Stan Kutcher, Chair of Adolescent Mental Health at TeenMentalHealth.org and Director of Mental Health Policy at the World Health Organization Collaborating Center.
WHAT: Recognizing Ms. Faten Alshazly recently named Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women, a first for Nova Scotia in the Arts and Communications category and Dr. Stan Kutcher being invested in the Order of Nova Scotia, the highest honour bestowed by the province.
